just thought i would add my 2 cents worth here because my name is Zoe. I love it. it is the greek meaning of 'life'. I am 33 and i think its a great name from 0 - 100yrs.

my husband and close friends just call me Z now.

I am a Zoe to!! I have always loved my name! I am 23 - I would like to think of myself as an adult

I often get "Zo" as a nickname, which is understandable, and quite often people spell the name "Zoey" but apart from those tiny tiny grumbles, no complaints at all - I think my parents did quite well.

And I have never ever been affiliated with the sesame st character!
