This bub will be Jyden, but could have been (or may still be?) Cohen or Korbyn, if there has been a huge mix-up and he is a girl, he (or is it she?? lol) will be Aysha .

Juliette was going to be Gabriel is she was a boy.


If I was a boy I would have been David, mum said all of the girls (three of us) would have been David. I was also going to be Sarah Lee, but the cakes came into popularity around that time, so I became Sarah Jane (dad wanted it hyphened). It turned out it was also my great-grandmother's name but my parents didn't realise until later.

Madeline Natasha would have been Kian Patrick had she been a boy. My MIL was so convinced I was having a boy (she has all boys and was longing for a grand-daughter, I think the idea of a girl was too much to wish for in her mind) that she was called Kian from early on in my pregnancy.

We'll keep Kian Patrick for the next one if it's a boy, otherwise it's Aislinn Rose. Well kind of, DH isn't convinced on the Aislinn but I have ways of convincing him! *L*

Eva was going to be either Eva or Anna... DH wanted Anna and I wanted Eva - of course once he saw me labour and birth - he would have agreed to Bertha! (no offence to any Berthas....:wink

Imogen was going to be Mabel or Dorothy - but I knew DH would just hate those names - so I chose Imogen for a number of reasons. It means "in the image of her mother" - "blessed strength"- and "last born". Depending on the book.
