I have a friend who named her daughter Evelyn & I know you can't 'bags' a name & I do have a claim on it being my Nanna's but....I don't think I would feel right. But I'm loving all the others!! I do love Gwyneth / Gwenyth but DH has a great aunt who is still alive & kicking and she's somewhat of a battleaxe...

My Nan (dads mum) was born "Edith" but was always known as "Dawn"
and my Grandma is named "Enid"

DH's dad's mum was Thelma and he thinks his mum's mum was Ellen.
His mum's name is Eileen (who is the same generation as my grandmas so thought i would throw it in there)
