    Definitely! Of course if you're advised not to, or it gets painful, you should stop. Otherwise it's all good, people babywear through pregnancy all the time

    As for what age you can wear on your back, I started carrying my daughter on my back from about 7/8 months. I probably would have started earlier if I'd had a carrier that could do back carries. I wouldn't recommend it in an Ergo, but a lot of people who use wraps can do back carries with newborns etc.
