No I need more obis lol
Lol, it will be for sale in about 4 weeks. Its a short stage 1 though so only up to about 12kg.
Have fun at the meet Jen. I'm going to test a couple of Perth ones this month.
Chose appliques for my conversion today. Went with little birds.

No *I* need more obis.
DD is sick and my LL RS has paid for itself twice in the last three days.
I'm really loving my simple ring sling this time. I love how small it is when not in use so easy to chuck in to take anywhere and so light that I never get too hot. Having big hips makes the hip carry so natural and comfy and DD2 must like it too because she always falls straight asleep.
Oh, what a gorgeous pic Jellyfish! Your girls look very happy there. Love the look on your DD2's face.
While we're sharing, here's my DD yesterday about to help me run some errands. She was chomping on the wrap like there was no tomorrow!

Naw all these lovely baby pics! Jellyfish - that carrier looks familiarhehe
I'm such a sad panda, only one carrier left in my collection now, and I use it mostly at school pick ups with either dd2 or dd3 on my back. Dd2 preferably cos dd3 always pushes up on her arms and wriggles about the little bugger. She's done that since birth though. Dd2 is really good, she just lies there and lets me get into it lol. I'd like to try her in a wrap but she's probably too heavy now..not to mention my short dinosaur arm problem...and the fact I don't actually own a wrap any more ....
Anyhoo.....one carrier, no more babies.... *sigh*
After I have caught up we could do number 5 together :P
I've cut down to 3 in use carriers plus I have a wrap on loan. You could try and loan a wrap from someone to have a play with?
I use my obi the most. Its going to be great as I get bigger and then I can tandem with it too! Its such a perfect carrier!
If you're keen to, try a linen MNB. Great for toddlers. Def get a loan and try one out.
Yeah I don't know anyone really who has a linen and would lend it to me. Maybe Cat/Punky? Hmm.
Bell - you are on your own for #5 my friend - ON YOUR OWN. Completely. Unless by some miracle my children decide to sleep through the night - after putting themselves to sleep! Oh, and stop fighting with each other, behave appropriately at all times and never get on my nerves.
So like I said - you're completely on your own lol
Just wanted to share somewhere: 10 day old DD and I had our first outing in the ergo today. She quickly fell asleep and enjoyed the whole walk.
We've also tried FWCC in a woven a couple of times at home but it will be a while before I'm confident with that in public. I know you're supposed to wrap quite firmly but last time when I took her down for a nappy change I noticed nappy imprint creases on her thighs and butt. Does that mean the wrap was too tight? She didn't seem uncomfortable at the time.
Oooooh, I'm so excited!!! The lovely Jess from Pixiemama says she thinks she *might* have a Natibaby Afryka Night for me! Totally crossing all my fingers and toes and everything![]()
Quick question...
I've got a caboo baby carrier, but I've managed to lose the bag - the bit that doubles as the wrap around. Does anyone know if it can be replaced without having to buy the entire carrier again? I've used it once. I know where I left it, but not sure if someone picked it up or not![]()
=) i ordered myself a bday pressie =) its a custom HB WC =) and is going to look fantastic wgen its done. its so me too =) going to be about 2months til i get it but my bday isnt til Nov anyway. im so excited!!
sent via my vortex manipulator!
PRMG, I'm not sure about the caboo, hope someone else knows!
k4t - my DD2 always has imprints, but can move her legs in the wrap. But your bub is still little enough to have legs tucked up inside of the wrap itself, not hanging out yet. Have you tried that?
Do you use it/need it? You could buy some material from spotlight and make another? IT's just jersey knit
