What kind of carry are you doing with the selendang? I've never used one, but they're basically just thin shorties, no?

I have 6 wraps, 2 mei tais and an ergo. Hardly anything!

I tied her on my back. I don't think there's any proper name for it It was literally just around her, and tied on top of my boobs Very uncomfortable after a few minutes, lucky we were just waking down the road.

ah. rudimentary torso carry, I guess?
you could try a rebozo - so over one shoulder, under the other.

Oooh, my Afryka is here! Well, it's in the state, I need to go collect it on Thursday at the next meet

So that makes 4 wraps, a mt, a fb and a rs. I might buy one more wrap as I've decided I want a 7 and am thinking about selling DH's beco to buy him an ssc with solarveil

Oooh I'm in love! Been playing a fair bit with my new Afryka, after a wash and iron it's softening up so nicely and is so rock solid supportive -https://www.bellybelly.com.au/forums...2&d=1348268492 Here is a pic

I also kinda maybe slipped and fell off the wagon - bought a Jim Salvia last night for our summer long wrap and have DH convinced I'm allowed to buy a Bara barn shorty too

Hi girls.... I was going to start a separate thread but thought I may as well ask in here as I'm likely to get the answers I need this way instead. Anyway what I'm curious about is baby wearing with an ergo while pregnant! How ling is it okay/comfortable to do? Obviously being only 7wks atm ill be able to for a little while yet but kinda dreading having to do the whole pram thing all the time again.

You can wear as long as youre comfy. I prefer tie waists in pregnancy so you can tie above or below the bump with ease but as long as your comfy you can wear all pregnancy!

Wearing Amelia, and looking at photos of other mamas babywearing, is making me a LOT cluckier than I would like to be I know I said it earlier in the thread, but I just thought you'd all like to know

Ooh, I didn't say in here - I managed to preorder the Nati Milky Way I wasn't going to be able to pay until a few days after the closing date but I emailed and the vendor said as long as she had my order I could pay a few days late I've left myself a little short on money until next Wednesday, but it's worth it

I got fluffy mail last weekend but haven't had time to play with it. Any tips for breaking in natibaby linens? It already seems surprisingly soft after a wash (was a bit scared when I first got it out of the box and it felt like a nylon curtain!)
