Question Baby wearing for larger women

Been trying to decide which sort of baby carrier to purchase and really am finding it hard to decide - so therefore am asking for some help. Bubby is due around middle of October and I do have some on-campus days at uni I will need to attend at the beginning of November and taking the pram is out of the questions cos lots of stairs but no friggin lifts!!! So I need HELP!!

I do have a HAB and although I am able to do it up I feel too clastrophobic while wearing it - just too much material plus I get hot!!!

But my other issue is that I am a plus size lady (normally around sz 22) and am worried/concerned abt purchasing a carrier that will be too small or feel too tight.

    Any suggestions????

    hi ursula
i struggled to find a carrier that i felt comfortable with & ended up with an infantino sling - it is awesome & i hardly feel like im carrying bubba around - its also ergonomic? for you back & bubba loves snuggly into it plus i find my back always gets hot & this has just the strap like you have a bag diagonally on one shoulder - go to a baby shop & see what they will let you try on

maybe try a peanut sling. They come in different sizes and bubs is just so comfy and snug in them.
