I could never get comfortable with my close carrier. No matter how hard I tried I couldn't get the diamond to sit low enough, and DS would sag really low in it and he wasn't comfortable either. The instructional dvd had the babies sitting high up, but I just couldn't achieve it.

for me the trick was definitely having the diamond right down lower, and having it quite snug before I even put her in. If she sat too low in it it really put pressure on my back, but keeping her up higher was comfy. The trick was having it quite snug when I put it on. Good luck!

I can grab my Tyion wrap sling back from a friend who has finished using it, if you would like to give a different style sling a try? Let me know.

I have to wear my baby up quite high for it to be comfy for really long periods. I agree with putting it on quite tight too cause i find that once dd is in it its harder to get tight enough - and wear it wide

I've found when it was too low or I didn't have it right it really did get uncomfy and painful, but I didn't think to have it done up tighter to start with, I tended to make it loser then tighten it will definitely try that next time. I am paying for a nasty sore shoulder from yesterday after having DD in the Bubba Sling and that wasn't right, felt ok when i was waring it but after Oh Crap it hurts, so I'll be putting that away until she can side sit

Aaaaahhh.... I've had the diamond high too. Wondered why it was uncomfy!
