HAB are going to be the most versatile in terms of being able to breastfeed, carry, and adjust for sleeping. They do have a bit of a learning curve, but if you work at it, you will find that they are quite easy to use once you get the hang of them. A mei tai will be quick and easy to use, but may not be as versatile.
