I'd suggest the Sakura or Maya - think they'd be better. I've heard the HAB one is ok, but others better. The bubba moe is a pouch sling, I think, with rings for minimal adjustment.
I should add I don't personally have a ring sling, just goign by why I've heard. I do have a short wrap I've threaded through rings to use as a ring sling, but that's a bit different.
As mad B said neither the Maya or Sakura have padding, however if you are on the Petite side maybe the Maya as it come in 2 lengths, so you wont be so swamped in fabric if you pick the shorter one.
There's a US mama who makes very comfy, easy to wear linen slings. Her prices are very reasonable, and she's quite popular on the Babywearer Forum. Check out Sleeping Baby Productions. (google should help you out.) She has also provided the instructions to make one of her slings yourself, if you've got a sewing machine. The condition is that you make them only for your own use - not to sell. I've made a couple, and they're quite easy, and very nice to use! If you can't find that link on her site, PM me and I'll send it to you.
