3.5 month old wakes around 5am and unsettled/upset around 2 hrs (sleeps on and off)

Hmmm he does like a cuddle around then, so i do sit in bed and cuddle him.. my DH isnt comfortable with co sleeping when they are young so thats not an option for a few more mnths yet...

Is the room getting colder then or changing in temperature to an extreme? the coldest part of the morning here is right before dawn so that could be an issue. Charlie likes to cuddle me in the mornings too and doze with me so that could be the problem. Seems she likes to get extra close after sleeping in the cot all night.

hmm that'sa good point, will look at that. i do have the heating on overnight but maybe he is cold.. might pop an extra blanket on him when he wakes at that time tomorrow and see what happens..
