Yep, get Pinky's book..... I would avoid T.Hall if I was you. (my opinion anyway!).

3mths is a huge developmental stage for babies too and they can start feeding alot more and go off their sleep, all totally normal but YES exhausting hey!! this too shall pass.... definitely try to increase her feeds during the day time and let her cluster feed of an evening say between 5pm and 9pm if that's what she wants.... you might find she sleeps a bit better after that.... GL!

are you co-sleeping or bed sharing? maybe just having bub in basinette next to you so she can be gently rocked when she stirs instead of smelling booby milk when she wakes and wanting it straight away. she may just fall asleep for another half hour or so.every minute helps when you are really tired!
but you're doing a GREAT job!!!

She is sharing the bed with me, she sleeps in the crook of my arm so pretty close to me'.
I'll try her in her bassinet this weekend & have it close to the bed so I can reach in to her or rock her.

My DD is exactly the same babyluv. She sleeps in her cot to start with, but then I bring her to bed with me and we cosleep the rest of the night as she feeds at least 4-5 times a night.... if not much more. I don't want to do the yo-yo thing - did that with DS and all it meant was even less sleep for me!
I had thought about trying to sleep separately from her (her cot is next to my bed) just to see if it makes a difference. one day if I have the energy to make another bed up somewhere else maybe...
If she's feeding adn going straight back to sleep then that's pretty good, really. Hope you can get some sleep!
