Thanks for the advice, everyone. I read up on dream feeding, which I hadn't heard of before, and that's something we might try in a couple of weeks. I think we'll see how she goes between now and then, and decide on it later.

MantaRay my supply seems absolutely fine, as far as I can tell. I'm trying to make a point of either feeding her at the breast all day, or, if I express, expressing more each day than she actually needs. So I'm always producing at least as much as she needs, and often more. I figure this way I should keep my supply up. We're certainly not going to give her more than one EBM bottle a day, and hopefully we'll soon be in a regular pattern that suits all three of us (me, DD and DH), doing that.

Anyway, after 5 or 6 hours without feeding her, I need to either feed her or express for comfort, when I wake up myself.

DD is feeding every 2-4 hours during the day, varyingly. Today I have fed her at roughly 4am, 6am, 9am, midday, 3.30pm and 5.30pm. I reckon that it's fine for her to feed often during the day, since she is changing to feed less often at night. We'd be doing about 7 or 8 feeds daily, I think. Not that I'm really counting them, just going with the flow. Each day is different. Tonight, for example, she's been cranky for hours and not much fun for either of us, as I can only get her, so far, to settle to sleep for a few minutes at a time - hopefully she'll get into a deep, 5 hour sleep, any moment now...
