That sounds overwhelming. I would expect at that age that she might still go back to day sleeps. Can you try doing your night time bed routine during the day to see if that helps? Or lying with her and sleeping too? If not could you even give her half an hour of TV time at nap time to give yourself a break or a chance to get things done? Something we all say we won't do as parents but sometimes survival is more important!!
She might also go back to breastfeeding, but also she might not. You could try lots of skin to skin, and having baths together. Often babies will latch on when there is no pressure to feed, so just bathing together or being around her with no top on could do the trick.
With regard to her diet, she will need things like meat or meat substitute by that age, regardless of breastfeeding. Iron and zinc are very important for brain development and bm is not designed to be a key source of iron.
