DD is 18.5months old and still cannot say mama dada. Ive heard her say it a couple times but very randomly and im not sure if she knows what it means she can say ball, thats pretty much it. She understand a little bit of what i say though. How can i encourage her to speak ?I need help desperately anyone have any advice
