    Talking the age of innocence

i love that my DD aged 3 is happy to play in just undies all day and doesnt care, isnt worried about showing her undies, or worried about boy germs just yet!
i love the carefree ways of the toddler!
i do how ever feel sorry that she will never experience the joy or running under a sprinkler on a hot day (well she will if the restrictions ease one day) they way i did as a child when it was hot!

are your kids like this? what carefree things do your kids love and what things make you sad they wont get to experience like you did??

Oh Charlotte is a full on nudist!
Seriously! As soon as we walk in the door she strips off, refuses to get dressed if we are at home, or will strip herself within mintues...She actually had a tantrum yesterday because I said she couldn't go to the playground until she got dressed! pmsl

She also has no qualms about playnig with her fanny...

You two have just described DD to a tee. She loves running around in her undies and would be nude all day everyday if we let her. Her favourite time of the day is nudie time after her bath. She bolts outside and runs around the yard and jumps on the trampoline. She is another one who is massive fan of her fanny. Even more so now that she wears her knickers. DS loves his nappy free time too. I would hate to think what someone thought if they looked in our back yard. Mum with her boobs out, DD running around naked and DS rolling around with no nappy. Probably mistake it for a nudist colony, LOL!

hehe Darcy always takes off her clothes on the first trip to the loo of a morning. She figures she doesn't need em.
We're lucky enough that we don't have restrictions like you guys do (and we use our own water) so it's been fun letting her learn to run through the sprinkler for a few mintues the last few days.

    Yep, everything you've said.
And I love how they can just go to a playground and start playing and chatting to other kids like they've always been great buddies. They don't worry bout what people are going to think.

Oh yeah Shell. I love it when they play together and chat. Or give each other cuddles and kisses and it doesn't if they are boys or girls.

It was raining yesterday and both my girls stripped off and raced around in the rain all morning. Aaaah, to be that careless again! And we weren't even at home, we were at my mum's

They're fun aren't they. I want to get a tank one day, just so my boys can run through a sprinkler...I might you know, have to show them how or something...

Yeah, the water restrictions are a pain, we have a tank so might let the boys water!!! the garden next time they are here.
Watching young children with no inhibitions is a wonderful sight.

...where jumping on the bed is mandatory!
    2,225

In the morning when DD is in bed with us she will strip off and roll around in the bed for ages in the nude. Its the cutest!
Will say HI to everyone when we are out walking, like you said...everybodies friend.
I stuck a big tub in my shower the other morning and took it out to the garden in the arvo and DD had a great time splashing around and chucking water all over ther place, was just as much fun as a sprinkler!!

My DS loves to be naked too and he especially loves jumping on his mini-trampoline naked.

When I was little we lived in a quiet neighborhood with a huge field across the street. All the neighborhood kids would play there all day and even after supper after it was dark we would all meet there to play hide-and-seek. We would also hop on our bikes and be gone all day exploring other neighborhoods and parks. It seemed so much safer then. DS won't get to do that.

Another one who has a DS who loves to be naked, it's so cute and he's just worked out he can take his nappy off, glad he didn't work it out sooner than now
Just a note with the sprinklers, not sure about other states, but in SA you can have a sprinkler going if it's for a child to play under Might be worth checking that out in your state as I know it's the case here!
