That's a great plan and idea! Something we may have to consider with DS2, thanks for the idea.

Great idea babe, when you head back to the Master suite, perhaps put some pillows under a blanket so when she awakes she thinks you are still there
Slightly different to the 'trying to fool your parents that you are home in bed routine when you'd snuck out for the night' but it might work a treat!!

PS. The pillows under the quilt trick also works VERY well when you go to bed before your husband and then sneak into the WIR and bump out and scare the bejesus out of him when he comes to bed thinking you are snoring away **Evil Laugh**

Nay, you have me wondering if you did this to DH, or if DH did this to you! I actually did this with DD, I hid her large Upsy Daisy in bed to see if it would make a difference. Yeah, seems my hair doesn't go so crazy at night

Well....update from me. It's working! I started going to bed back in my bed on Thursday night, but ended up back in DD's room both Thursday and Friday nights. Saturday night, she got up and snoozed on the couch for a bit because we were still up, but I put her back to bed and she stayed there! Last night I went to bed in my room, she woke up at around 2am, which is later than she normally does so looks like that's breaking that pattern, and she had a grizzle, but she didn't get up. I went into her, sat with her as she went back to sleep and then went back to my bed. It took seven minutes. And then she stayed there until 7.30 this morning! Whoop!

Thanks for all of your replies, I'm really glad this is showing a bit of difference, so hoping that this continues now.
