Oh, how frustrating GTBIA! Your bub's head should be at the opposite end of the front opening panel. So your bub's feet should be where the opening flap (with a zip or velcro) is. I hope that makes sense!

ETA - I used our Amby for DS1 until he was almost two and he never rolled over in it. DD is using it atm during the day, she can roll, but so far hasn't rolled over in the Amby either
