    Thanks so much Kelly - I think your perspective is spot on! Your post really helped me to "try" and relax...i can try.... (hmmm being a control freak is tough when being a mum too)

    No problems If you're struggling with the anxiety or just want to relax a little more, acupuncture is brilliant. It's so calming and can help with stress and anxiety. I get acu weekly, I notice it when I've not had it!

    Thanks again Kelly - I have always suffered mild anxiety (sometimes worsening) accupuncture sounds like a great idea - i will definitely check it out.

    - don't want to go too far OT but I had acu for anxiety & it was very helpful
