My DS1 goes to bed between 8-8.30pm, but sometimes is awake until well after 9pm. If he's missed his day sleep its more like 7.30pm. My DH doesn't get home from work until between 7-7.40pm, so late suits us. DS1 gets up around 7am

Yep hun, for us it's anywhere between 8.30-9 pm. But, if DS has no day seelp, he's exhausted by 6 pm and usually in bed by 7-7.30. I do prefer him having his day sleeps though, he's a wee devil after 2 or 3 days with no day naps. AND I get to sleep in too when he goes to bed later (around 8 am). Except this morning, he woke up at 6.30 not a happy mummy
