Anyone know where in Melbourne i can get "The Wonder Weeks"?

    Hey everyone,

I'm looking for a copy of "The Wonder Weeks" somewhere in Melbourne (or somewhere I can order online that will ship), but I haven't had much luck so far.

Only place i found was somebody on ebay, and they wanted $115 for it. How much is it suppose to cost? Surely not that much!

Anyhoo, anyone know where i can get one from? or anyone got a copy they want to sell?

    Thanks guys

    Hey Yael,

I know that at angus and robinson when i went in, they didnt have it on the shelf but would order it in for something like $29.95
Try it out. I was going to wait for the new edition, but who knows how long that will take....probably till after I get my copy!

    Good luck.

Good luck getting it, it sells out real quick. I bought mine from Amazon which was around $30.

Just popped on Amazon and starting price is $115! OMG!

You posted in that thread about where to get the book. If you go back a bit, it says that a new edition is coming out but the authors wife had passed away and there was a few things to finish.
I just checked the angus and robertson website, $29.95

Hi Melissa - yeh, in that other thread it said a while ago about a new edition coming out, i was worried another one past that was due out, but i don't think i'll wait around for this one as who knows how long it will be.

Well, seek books has a 45 day wait, and A&R said it would be 6-8 weeks.

I don't know anyone who actually has it in stock Hopefully i can find a copy to borrow while i wait for mine to arrive (once i order it, better go do that tomorrow).

    Cool

Eatern regional libraries have 2 copies - try your local library maybe?

How'd you go, did you order one? Have you found a copy to borrow? If not, happy to ship mine down to you while you wait.

    Great idea Kasbah.

Checked out the 3 different councils that are near me, only 1 had a copy, which is on loan until the 7th Dec, so i might go and put it on reserve.

Jodi - thanks for the offer, if i have problems reserving it (not sure if they let?), i might see if i can take you up on it

I'm going to order one tomorrow, have to go to the shopping centre anyway, and tomorrow DS is in creche, so it will be a lot easier to do with just 1 baby.

You should be able to reserve at your library
