hun, maybe stop communicating with her verbally when she wakes, shes getting attention, good or bad its still attention to her, maybe start telling her to lay down,try a couple of times with less talk each time, if she doesnt then remove her back to her cot sorry probably not much help, hope you get some sleep soon
