    Question Attaching cot bumpers??

Now this is going to seem really really silly but hey gotta ask it... I just got a new cot bumper today that goes halfway around the cot and has 4 ties to attach it to the cot bars. Now when I tie the ties it doesnt really seem to secure the bumper that well to the cot, in fact it pulls away from the side really easily. Is there a trick to securing these things or am I just being really daft?

I understand the risks of sids but I really need this bumper as Alexander is constantly moving around the cot and we often find him with his arms and legs at right angles thru the bars. In fact he has been known to wake himself up from getting caught.

So any suggestions are welcome! Thanks.

Hey there, you can actually purchase cot bumpers that are made from mesh now, so that bubs cant get legs and arms tngled up in the cot but if the end up against it they can still breath!

They retail for around 60 bucks I think
