With DD2 it was 2 weeks to the day after handing in the paper work.
With DS it was about 10 days. Not 100% sure when MIL put in the forms though. Had to take the forms back to the hossy coz they didn't stamp it & coz we are 2 hours away I left it with her to do it.
It could've been less.
