    Baby words

What are your favourite words that your kids pronounce wrong?

We get astanaught for astranaught and o-ee-pop ( which is funny cause o-ee is also how he says his name) for lollypop

My DS used to say "gong-gong" for Gordon from Thomas the Tank. It was so cute! But now he says it properly

    Chlocolate is the latest.

Fingins instead of fingers was pretty cute.

She also has an unfortunate pronunciation of cuckoo - c0ckoo

Lol!! Just reminded me DS used to say "sit" with an "sh" sound instead. Raised a few eyebrows when at the doctors he asked if he could "sh it" on the chair

My DS has mostly began to say everything properly now, I am more amused by the words he uses relatively out of context. His favourite words at the moment are beautiful and amazing.
But his lasting mispronunciation is "dlesterday" for yesterday. Not even sure why as he used to pronounce it correctly.

DD1 is almost 3 and her speech is amazing but she calls television 'telavee'. A combination of television and TV!

    og Bug's mum

My DD used be able to say lemon and /linda but we had munch between breakfast and dinner.
Two unfortunates ones were pussy cat - **** cat, and helmet was homo....the look on the shop dressers face at target was priceless when she yelled that on out lol.

DS mispronounces far more than DD did, and I will be sad when they all go.
