    Question Bad Breath

Don't know if I am in the right place, but here goes
My dd is now almost 7 months. She has not cut a teeth yet, but since this weekend I have smelled that her breath does not smell good. I won't say it stink, but it does not smell fresh. Could it be because she has a nasaldrip? And what can I do about it? I am giving her something for a cold.

Yep I would say nasal drip or check for tonsilitis. Matilda's breath used to stink very badly and we would go to the GP, every time she had infected tonsils. Usually from nasal drip which then got infected. HTH!

Can I maybe check her tonsils myself before taking her to the dr. It is sooooo expensive. And is there something I can give her or do I just wait it out?

I would take her to the GP - bad breath is usually a good indication of a sore throat and sometimes its not easy to see yourself.

as soon as my DD gets bad breath i take her to the Dr, she gets recurring bouts of tonsilitis and i have learnt that i can smell it b4 she shows any other signs. Trust me its better to catch it early if it is anything as such. HTH.
