Get a bath seat. I had a pic of DS in his to show my BB's here: https://www.bellybelly.com.au/forums...php?photo=9604
DS would splash and splash aswell.. think its just what they do lol. But least with the bath seat, they sit in it, you dont have to hold them, and you can avoid getting drenched!
You just get them at Bigw or kmart. Theres some even on ebay.
Got one of those, found mine at Target. When I was in the line waiting to pay for it I had a mum come up to me and say how great they were. I totally agree, they are a life saver. I can have both girls in the bath, bubs kicks away and I deal with Miss 3 (hairwashing etc) if need be.

Bathe together. I have done that with DS and he likes the deeper bath and it's more fun playing with Mama in the bath than her not liking being wet.

I would either bath together when possible..

or make the bath very shallow and just let him spalsh about on his own and then you only need to sit there next to him

My suggestion would be to jump in with the baby.

Get in the bath. Then it doesn't matter how wet you get.

I'm not sure how old your child is but have you thought about showering together. DF & DS have been showering together since he was a newborn as it worked so well with DF's DD.
