I bath Daniel in one of those bath seat things. I can wash him without having to hold him.

Then I put him in the other end of the bath on his back - with his head on the bottom of the bath - and leave him to splash and wiggle all he likes (I watch him, of course). He likes to stick his tongue out, turn his head and drink the water.......... weird, but funny.
