    Bathtime with no bath?

We are moving into a new house which has no bath but DS really loves bathtime. I was hoping that someone has an idea of what we can bath him in so he doesn't miss out. He is too big for a baby bath and laundry sink. TIA

Maybe go to Bunnings and pick up the largest tub you can find. There are a few that would easily bath a toddler.

does your shower have enough of a recess such that you could put an icecream lid or similar (even a washer works) over the drain to allow the water to bank up an inch or two. It certainly isn't a deep bath but still allows splashing, floating boats etc.

One of those Clam shells? Or, like someone else said, a small kiddie pool. Or you could get one of those old fashioned metal buckets that people used to bath in years ago and use. I've seen them around but don't recall where... I think a place call "Recollections" sells them...
How does he go in the shower? My DD adores her bath time (always has) but since mastering standing and walking, has enjoyed a shower more. Especially if she is in with Mummy.

We used a large baby bath until DD1 was 2 1/2, once they are sitting well by themselves a baby bath is still quite useful. DD has short legs so she was able to use it for quite awhile, a kid with longer legs would have needed to stop at a younger age. DD really enjoyed using the babybath.

i shower N - always have and he loves it, now that he is bigger i sometimes let him sit on the bottom of the shower and he likes the water falling on him. it saves time as i shower with him sometimes. i would look into something you can fill up too, like a clam maybe and just use this sometimes?

Our house doesn't have a bath either. My DS has recently grown out of his baby bath so we got a baby bath seat and put it on the shower floor and got one of those flexible shower heads from bunnings. He loves it!

Thanks for the suggestions. I don't think a baby bath or laundry tub will work because unless he is in his bath seat he just grabs the sides of everything and stands up. I guess he could go in the shower, he doesn't like it much though. I am just bummed because he really loves bathtime and it is the only part of the day that I can be completely baby free for 20 minutes (DH does it). I need bathtime.
