Sarah you can get ones from Living Textiles that are 120 square, they are a great size for not so new borns.

Also with Tehya, after we'd been at Tresillian, I got mum to make up some wraps for us that were close to 2 metres long and what ever the width was right from the fabric roll. Atleast 120cm I think.

Of course I have just passed these wraps on, before finding out that I was having another girl !!
Spotlight has some gorgeous prints to make your own wraps now too. Best I go shopping.
