Moo had eyes so blue that even the whites of his eyes looked blue. Now at 2.5 his eyes are a much lighter blue, quite piercing though.
Little Buster's eyes were so dark at birth that we thought they were black! As the days went on they got lighter but are still a very dark blue at almost 12 weeks.
DD1 was born with the clearest, bluest eyes I've ever seen - a bit like that azure/turquoise sort of blue the ocean is in silly romantic movies set in tropical island settings. They are still blue, but now are quite changeable depending on how she is feeling, what she is wearing etc (hmmm, makes her sound possessed really!) but they stayed that gorgeous azure colour for at least the first two years before they started changing slightly. Hers are now the same as mine - they switch from blue through greens and greys.
DD2 was born with muddy blue eyes and around 7 months hers started changing. She now has beautiful rich dark brown eyes like her daddy.
DD was born with blue eyes (DH blue mine brown) and it was the biggest shock cause I just assumed she would have brown eyes.
Id describe them as a bright blue....from the moment I looked at them I never thought that they would ever change.
At 3 1/2yrs they have lightened up but are still blue.
My sisters who 2 of her 3 children eyes' changed to brown always had a brown tinge about them whenever I looked at them and by 1 they were both 100% brown/hazel.
My DD was born with bright crystal blue eyes, and changed to a hazel colour about 22 months (about the same time DS was born so we joke about them changing green with jealously)..
DS had and still has bright blue eyes and is 2 nad 1/2.
DS was born with a sort of steely blue colour & that gradually changed to brown - i'm not sure exactly when it was but i'd say somewhere between 12-18months
