Em, you can get cornflakes sweetened with fruit juice in the health food aisle. I think they are organic too. Autie loves them for a change now and then.
Our favourite is rice puffs (the ones in the health food aisle) with some milk (soy for us but whatever) and some acidopholus yoghurt. Put in some ground linseed and nuts like cashew and pistacio and then if you want to sweeten a little put a dash of honey. But if I can't be bothered it is just the rice puffs or weetbix, or porridge in winter.
bircher mueslie - I make up a big batch every week and just serve it every morning. very easy, just mueslie, a grated apple, a tub of natural yogurt and honey to sweeten. Then serve with frozen berries YUM!
DS used to have Weetbix every morning quite happily, however, he has now reached the stage where he will eat bugger all of anything, he will just graze all day. He is very rarely interested in brekky at all now. He usually just has yogurt and a piece of fruit
