Bright Starts Around We Go Activity Centre. can't find one anywhere???

Hi All,

My 6m DS played with this at a friends house and he absolutely loved and it kept him amused for almost an hour at a time when he would normally be extremely irritable.

I'm wanting to get one, but have searched and phoned everywhere from Toys R Us to Big W to websites, with no luck.

Has anyone bought one recently or seen the around anywhere in Perth?

I think they were on sale about a month ago at BigW (and about 6 months ago at Kmart) - but they just got in stock for their toy sale & once they sold out, that was it. Did you ask your friend where she got it?

Can you get a different brand activity centre? My DS loved his Kolcraft one. They can turn around in the seat to look at the different activities & can jump up and down on the spot - but they can't walk around the room. Once they are older, the top flips off & it converts to a stand-up push-along walker. We are still using that now. DS loves it.

My mum gave us one for christmas which she bought at Big W (back in July!)- and havent seen them since but maybe you can ask the toy dep if they can order one in?

There is one for sale on Ebay - pick up in Perth!

Have you tried Target? I got the Fisher Price jumperoo there last week but they had the bright stars one too, this was in Melbourne however...

I was about to suggest ebay too! There is one near you, and there is one near me which I am bidding on! Glad they are good!

well after many phonecalls to suppliers and stores, i finally found one in a kmart store near by. I was there in half an hour to grab it! And bonus that it was on clearance at $50 cheaper!!!

It is one of the best things I ever bought. Highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Bright Starts Around we go activity entertainer is currently only available in Aust through BIG W, but you will have to be quick.
BIG W import this item by the container load and have no current plans to bring in any more stock for 2009.
As of last Saturday BIG W were holding in excess of 800 pieces nationally, but as the item was featured in the BIG W toy catalogue stock is selling fast.
To find a store near you that has stock try calling BIG W customer service on 1800 251 311 and quote Keycode (item identification #) 676 8423.
