bub has tiny little pimples on her

its almost like a heat rash, but it looks more just like timy pimples on her belly and she has some on her face

should i be worried?

Nope. Perfectly normal and don't squeeze them. Just let them be and they will go away in a couple of days or weeks.

Exactly waht Jodi said. Very normal and dont squeeze they will go in a few weeks and most babies get them.

Yep, just milk pimples babe. Just a few hormonal changes going on.

They'll clear up soon. All 6 of mine got them, and I have no doubt so will #7!!

Milk spots or I think it's also called a hormone rash. My bub got them too, they cleared up in a week or two, they did come back after that as well but again cleared up in about a week.
