Bub with sore throat?

My DD is a bit unhappy today, and when she makes noise (not just cries), her voice sounds really husky. Maybe she is getting a cold?

Is there anything I can give her? Any suggestions

my DD had a sore throat and tonsilitis, the hospital and GP advised us to give her nurofen for the temp and for the throat the hydrolite iceblocks that you can buy in the chemist and also lots of cold water and cold milk, yogurt is good too as its cold as much as she wanted.
