    Question Bumped head?

I am 99% sure that DD is fine but just wanted to check on here what you would do! About 6.30pm tonight Mackenzie threw herself on her little sofa which was near her chalkboard - she whacked her forehead on the edge - OUCH!

She cried for about a minute but then settled quickly. She let me put her Dorothy icepack on for a bit but a bruise has already come up. It's right between her eyes but a bit above. Since then she has been laughing, had a bath, eaten some pear and banana and had stories. She is now asleep.

I relaly don't think I need to take her to the doctor but just wanted to make sure in case I am having a "der" mummy moment and should!

i wouldnt worry too much, just watch her to make sure she isnt too drowsy.
I think there was a post recently about concussion signs that may be helpful but she sounds fine to me...

It sounds like she's ok. Probably got a bit of a sore forehead though poor poppet. Just keep an eye on her as I'm sure you will be anyway.

    Hi Jordie
I’m sure that your little lady will be fine.
Things to watch for include. Nausea, vomiting, dizzy, confusion, excessive sleepiness, and just not her normal self. If none of these show up by the morning you can stop watching so closely.
