Yep for sure i belive kids know without even relising.
DD knew something was up and became really clingy in the beginning of pregnancy then again at the end days before sebastians birth she just would not leave me alone. I couldnt go anywhere with out her and she wouldnt sleep properly for fear i wouldnt be there. All settled down once bubs was born
I was thinking about this earlier, and was even going to post a similar thread. I've got just over 6weeks to go, and DD has become quite clingy - we had a day at home on Monday, and if I was sat on the couch (which I did alot of as it was too hot to do anything else ), she was all over me, just wanting to sit on my knee or snuggle up next to me. The last 2 weeks when I've dropped her off at cc, she has also cried which she doesn't normally do.
Very possibly why my DS has finally started sleeping through? Til last night. Seeing me stressed yesterday wouldn't have helped. We were up pretty much from 5am.
I think so. In my first trimester, DD2 was extremely clingy with me. She flatly refused to go to anyone else. She's now 'back to normal' and not so clingy. And she's starting to understand that there's a baby in mummy's tummy now.
Thanks girls for your replies. Makes me feel normal now!!!! It is very interesting though hey. You think they are just kids but that 6th sense must be lurking just under the skin....
Jodie - geez, your pegnancy is scooting along. I remember reading when you kinda announced it! lol
