I agree I would buy another trike not the smart trike. As said the steering doesn't match up. You have to hold the handle in a weird position to go straight & when it comes to them learning to peddle they can't push the peddles as the wheels have no grip & are made of hallow plastic which slip on the ground. It is also very noisy when pushing. With DS2 we waited until he was 2 and got him a radio flyer trike. Metal & solid with good grip wheels. Both boys can ride on it as ours has a double step for standing/sitting on the back whilst the other rides.
