Climbing out of Cot

In the last few days my 21mth old has just found out that he can climb out of his cot. It's driving me insane, he seems to be getting up earlier in the morning and not sleeping as long at his afternoon nap.

I'm 11 weeks pg and still quite tired all the time so am trying to nap when he does, but he's making it quite hard.

Does anyone know of something that I can do to try and stop him from climbing out?

Hmmm tricky one. My son started climbing out at around that age too. I swapped him to his big boy bed, and he ended up dropping the day time sleep (sorry....that's probably not what you want to hear ) Hope it works out Amanda.

i think once they can climb out u should think about swapping for a bed rather than the cot just so he cant hurt himself.. sorry probably not the answer u are looking for

short of barbed wire or electric fencing, i dont think there is any stopping the little man! time for a bed! (hey, at least you wont have to buy another cot?)
