I would only do it under the advice and direction of a GP, not just buying it and taking a guess myself.

The chemist wouldn't sell us Panadol for DD even after she was 2 months of age as she wasn't at the minimum weight for it..... but she was allowed to have it, just at an adjusted dosage for her weight.
