Ummm I don't know how you can get it from your DD but I would be pumping her up with fluids and then taking her nappy off (preferably outside) and then when she is having a wee, catch some! When I take DS's nappy off (haven't even thought about TT) he almost always has a pee (must be nice to have that nappy off!) so that's when I would try and catch some in a container.
