Cot to bed is a scary thing for some! My DS now at 8 sleeps fine in his bed but the transition at 2 1/2 was super super troublesome. I did the whole new Thomas doona - new bed - exiting,,, Alas my boy had other opinions! He screamed blue murder and ended up in my bed - wouldn't even go back to the cot. Slowly we did it. I would lie on the bed with him and read - sit on it and play - all the while talkng about how comfy it was and that it was Finn's bed! Slowly he fell in love with it - it took about 6 weeks of pretty full on transition.

Big hugs - your post brought back some frightful memories! You WILL get through this - and she will sleep in a big bed - just softly softly.
