Spoke to the boys preschool teacher yesterday and asked he how to deal with Noah and his tanties and s. stirring and also Bailey and his massive angry tanties. I did read in Raising Boys around this age he will double his level of testosterone which is a part of the problem but Noah is the other half of Baileys problem. He steals toys off Bailey and then runs off and even hides between my legs when Bailey runs after him! The advice she gave us was to -
~ Give Noah more words to use ie when he steals from Bailey, stop him and explain he needs to ask Bailey to play or to share and he needs to accept what bailey says.
~ Give Bailey an hour a week with myself and an hour a week with DH. This can be when DH goes to Bunnings or I take to dog for a walk etc.
~ When Bailey starts to 'explode' I need to take him aside and ask him what he is feeling.
~ Explain to Bailey why Noah does what he does and why Alannah is crying and to reassure him that it is okay for Alannah to cry because she is wet, tired, hungry etc (Thanks to some inlaws he gets rather anxious about Alannah)
~ Get physical with Noah ie more excercise which i had already decided was a problem. I phoned Kindergym on Friday last week.~ Get physical with Bailey so he can blow off this surge of hormones / anxiety etc
~ Reduce the yelling at the boys as this is just attention even if it is negative attention...like a puppy basically! That has been easy for yesterday and today a I have almost no voice from this virus.

Hope that helps! Just have to keep DH and I on the same page now.
