Hugs darlin. This is exactly what I am going through but the creche is wonderful. I just don't want to leave him and there be that many kids in the room... I just feel like I am dumping him. I know he is young so figured I would wait for his nap time and then go but this creche is that busy you have to book in a week in advance!! I decided to pick the early morning session when it is quiet as there is no classes on and just do cardio. I also go to classes in the evening and leave him with his dad. I do not mind doing that and it is nice to go without all the organizing of stuff. : )

I hope that you can still manage to find a way to get your activity. Have you thought about mom and baby classes? I have found a few that are suggested through facebook. I have however, just spent 30 minutes trying to find the link for you but it has disappeared. If I find it I will post. : ) They are outdoor, set up by a personal trainer with other moms and babies in your area, usually held at a park. I noticed few also had a babysitter that watched the kids BUT you are there outside with them so you can see the entire time... Kind of like a playgroup... but your getting a kick up the .... : )

Thanks for the post, nice to know that I am not the only one that feels this way. Hugs. xx

What about doing a half day at a proper childcare centre - with trained staff - do your gym and maybe other jobs for the morning then pick her up?

there's no way i would have left my DS there either

fwiw, i go to a fabulous gym that offers a creche a couple of times a week when they run a mum's circuit class. the lady who looks after them (there's only 4 kids usually on the day i go) is qualified & definitely asked his name etc. i had such a great vibe from her & when DS cried the first couple of times she had taken note that i said he was cuddly & picked him straight up for cuddles & also got out some bubbles as a distraction.

so, yeah, i think you can find a much better creche if you want to try again.
