Any 12 month olds on just 1 day sleep?

Ned is (hopefully) learning to settle himself to sleep and not being fed to sleep anymore. I'm just deciding what to do in terms of day sleeps for him. It would be ideal if he just had one long one around lunch time so he and Lucie are down at the same time. Otherwise if he has 2 sleeps still, ie one in the morning and 1 in the afternoon, we will NEVER get out of the house, it will just be a tag team of sleeps between Lucie and Ned. Previously he was just catnapping but I think (or hope!) this is changing.....

Anyway just wondering if there are any bubs this age that do just have 1 longer day sleep?

Alex was having one long sleep at 12months old. I always got him to sleep at lunch time as it was easier for me that way. He would have about 2hrs sleep then.

Eleanor at the moment is on one long sleep in the morning and a cat nap at around lunch time. But she's been waking early again.

Jovie has 1 long day sleep now most days because otherwise she just has 2-3 cat naps around 20 minutes at a time. I drag her out until around 11-12 atm and then she sleeps around 1.5-2 hours. I hope to get her in bed later but I prefer the once a day sleep because you are right, otherwise you are stuck in the house all day & its hard to organise kindy drop off and pick up times.

K was having only 1 sleep by that age, Soph. He was on 1 sleep by about 9 months. He'd go to sleep around 11am for around 3 hours I think

Charlie got down to one nap at 11 months old and scarily enough, twice this week didn't go down for a nap at all (nooooooooo!) When he did go down at 1 year of age, I'd usually get a couple of hours out of him.

Our DS changed from 2 day sleeps to 1 at around 13 months. He goes down now for around 1.5-2hrs at lunch time and it seems to be fine for him. He's happy and goes to sleep at night between 7.30 and 8 with no trouble.

My DD changed to 1 day sleep at around 13-14 months because she was becoming IMPOSSIBLE to get down in the afternoon and it was after 9 pm most nights when she went to bed. She usually goes down anywhere between 11-12 and sleeps for 2-3 hours. Then most nights she is in bed by 7pm

I shamelessly manipulated Charlie into one sleep by around 10 months, so that we could all have a life, LOL!

ANd same with Lexie. Poor little chook sneaks naps when she can, but most days is on one big nap.......

(My aim is always to get them all sleepinging at the same time!)
