Demazin & Neurofen

Does anyone know if Demazin cold relief and nuerophen/ panadol can be taken together?

My DS had a bad cold a few weeks ago and our Dr said it was OK to give him panadol and demazin together as they work differently, one as a decongestant and the other as an analgesic for the aches and pains.

Thanks for that Kris, I thought that was the case but just wanted to check before I did it. Isnt it horrible when they are sick, you just want to do everything you can to make them better.
