Yourself opening your mouth when spoon feeding your little one ?

I never knew i did it until my sister told me when Kimberley was a baby and i still find myself doing it when i feed Alex. I do it as they open their mouths.

I haven't noticed any subconscious mouth opening, but regularly go "ahhhh" with a big open mouth to encourage Blake to open his... and he does!

Will have to check myself out a bit more whilst feeding!

i never realised i did it till my dad said i did & i of course didnt believe him till eliana's next feed & then i realised i did!! must look funny when im out feeding her with my mouth wide open

LOL........I do it with Charlie, and as we all eat together, Olivia does it too, for him...... So cute......anyone looking through our front windows would think we are all mad!

Lol!!! Im part of this club too - its a natural instinct i believe hehe. I used to tease DH when watching him feed DS - i didnt realise that i opened my mouth with each spoon feeding to DS too till ofcourse the lovely DH caught me out.

Dh does BIG time, I only slightly do, but i know my Dad does no matter who is feeding her he opens his mouth & swallows!!!
