Sorry, I can't offer any advice, but have u tried calling the maternal & child healh line for their opinion?
Last week the shops ran out of s-26 gold so we bought the normal s-26 thinking there would be no problem. We found that it made him vomit and he reallt didnt like the taste so we bought him the gold straight after. He has been on the gold now for say 5 days but he is now vomiting clear liquid. Sometimes it has white bits of milk in it. He isnt effected by it at all, he is as happy as larry. But I dont know what to do. We have a Drs appointment but until then I am freaking out as the Chemist said it isnt normal. Has anyone had this with their DD DS??
HELP!

Renee, Will has had a couple of spews lately that are a lot of slimey clear spit with a few milky chunks in it. It seems to be like that if he hasn't had a feed for a while.
Hope that Rory is o.k
Renee, is it a lot of vomit, could it just be a bit of saliva coming up? If they're big spews then that's unlikely but if they're just little chucks do you think that might be it?
renee, my dd does the same spews you describe. More watery than saliva, mostly a while after she has had a feed. Sometimes with or without chunks. It is kind of like a mouthful of water.
I am sure it is fine.............. well i hope it b/c lu does it quite a bit.![]()
Rochelle does it too... But she's BF'd.
Turns out its fine! Apparently he is just having a little too much and it’s coming back up as he is starting to digest it and that’s why it’s clear. Makes sense as I have increased his mls!
All babies do it occasionally (breastfed and formula fed)!
I think I have found myself a new Dr too he was so thorough and friendly!!
Glad that Rory is OK.
