I cant recommend this enough, obviously it wont work for everyone but if worked so well for us and made life a lot easier we will be using it again with this second bub and hopefully it works as well. Apparently if you dont pick up the sounds in the first few weeks they will stop making them.
We didnt get the dvd either I just saw it on Oprah and wrote it down, I think if you youtube it its on there.
Yeah we used it too and found it helpful. Yes mothers do get to learn eventually what their babies cries mean but its all about gaining the confidence to work out how to get to that point. That's what i found anyway!!! It makes sense to me that a physical problem will cause a physical reaction. I'm quite interested in baby signing too. I kind of dismissed it when I was pg with DD but found she naturally made some signs, so will be following it up if we have another bub.
