Maybe porridge? DH refuses to eat porridge because he swears it 'blocks him up' LOL, or maybe that is just a man thing LMAO. When my Lindsay and Erin have had it pretty bad, I have resorted to half an imodium tablet to try to stop the loose poos. I know it is not recommended, but I was at my wits end about trying to stop it.
